Well the added puppet command skills are pretty balanced, the dolls however are very over powered.
Quote:
heals your Allies for 25-75 Health and additional 5-25 Health to Foes suffering from a Condition every 3 seconds.

aside from the in understandable conditional, that is way better than guiding light which is a monk elite!
why would level 1 characters get to run around with level 7 pets?
Skills that scale incorrect to low levels are fine, but Anet has made them all elite or PvE only skills.
This is because even though you might not be able to get them till level 8, your heroes can use them whenever you have them unlocked.
All summons (currently) start at level 0 or 1.
Asside form that it has lost most of it's magical flair, perhaps you should even rename the puppet skills to craft of build puppet instead of summon ...
Having lost it's magic affecting puppets and the puppet evolution system, it's far less original, the summons are just summons now.
Also the puppets seem to be summoned independently now, I hope that doesn't mean that you can have as many puppets as you can cram the skills for into your bar; even without their current overpoweredness that would be disrupting.
Also you still don't have any skills that work when all the puppets are dead.
The puppet summons lock now, what if for some reason your puppets are killed shortly after summoned, then none of a puppeteers skills would be usable(that seems like a sure fire way to deal with puppeteer bosses, or Perhaps PvP players without a secondary profession)
PS
You misspelled the attribute names in at the skill examples.

Thanks I'll fix that^^!
It still has same effect maximum of 3 only.
I have already gotten my Mechanist Idea now I gotta get my Warlocks Demon Skills = (.
Do you think it's a Wise Idea ending the Work of my Warlock just for the Puppeteer.
I might aswell end all my other CCs and adding them to my other CCs^^(Not Sarcastic).
Something like:
Warlock+Mechanist+Puppeteer+Weaver= New Puppeteer
Mediator+Cabalist+Templar+Berserker= New Mediator
Judge+Sephiroth+Zealot+Sealer+Warlock+Cleric= Priest
Vanguard+Shaman+Berserker= New Shaman
What do you think, But some of my works would have to close^^?
I am quite confused right now, Will I go for the Crafter or Puppet Master = (.
I Really like the Idea of Asking Grenth for Souls to Possess my Puppets and acting them as my Minions.
But I like too, Controlling Puppets like my Mechanist Controling Armor and Engine Cores = (.
The Crafter uses Puppets as another Body, While they can't Fight cause they are too weak for hand-to-hand combat they would use the Puppet.
While the Puppet Master, Like a MM they would keep on mobbing and causing havok but the Puppet Master seems a little overpowered back then.
But I'll be bringing back the Transformation Spells^^.
BTW, their is no Monk Elite called Guiding Light^^.
